By using the Houston Build Crew / Harper Construction websites operated by Up In Here Holdings LLC (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Site information is for general informational purposes. Submitting a form or calling creates no obligation for either party until a separate written agreement is signed. Estimates are subject to inspection.
How you opt in: You visit a Houston Build Crew or Harper Construction website (for example houstonbuildcrew.com or related trade sites), enter your name, mobile number, and project details on a lead/estimate form, read the SMS disclosure next to the form, and click submit. Only form submitters (and people who otherwise expressly opt in, such as by texting START) are messaged. We do not buy lists or message people who did not opt in.
What messages cover: Acknowledgement of your request, scheduling questions, appointment coordination, and status updates about your project. Messages are sent by Houston Build Crew / Harper Construction / Up In Here Holdings LLC to you about your own inquiry — not on behalf of unrelated third-party marketers.
No third-party marketing sharing: We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Prohibited uses: Our messaging program is not used for SHAFT content, phishing, or prohibited carrier categories. We do not operate an affiliate/lead-broker SMS program.
You agree not to misuse the site (including scraping, injecting malware, or submitting false contact information).
Submitting a form or calling creates no binding contract. All offers are subject to inspection and due diligence.
